Group Registrations Terms & Conditions
Payment can be made via credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by credit card,
please note that a handling fee of 3.5% will be added to your payment.
Please note that the following information for each participant is required:
Individual email address (it is not
possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
Address details (first and last name,
institute, city and country)
Registration confirmations will be sent
to your guests in your group account.
Group Registration Process
Group leaders need to register the group
by completing the group form on this page.
Our Group Services team will send you a
participants sheet to fill out with the required information.
After we receive the completed sheet, we
will send you the invoice and payment instructions.
If your registration fee is unpaid after
the deadline, it will be upgraded to the Late registration fee.
Registration Confirmations will be sent
within one week after payment is received.
Cancellation Conditions
Registrations are non-refundable.
In case of Refunds, a Credit card
surcharge of 3.5% will not be refunded.
